Helpful information, but please remember: you cannot contact the Judge or

Voice Mail Within the Courts
Most of the Coordinators have voice mail. Feel free to leave a
message but please remember we do not work 24 hours a day. Please don't
leave a message for us to call you back unless it is within normal business
hours and then only if the message allows you to. If you need to leave a
message that does not require a call back you may leave the message anytime.
(Ex. If a case has settled, feel free to leave that message anytime...)
Dallas Civil District Court Information Line: 214-653-6600
This line will give you commonly asked questions but you must listen to the
menu and access the particular court you need.
This number will also allow you to make a trial announcement with the Court
should you not be able to get the Coordinator.
Please make sure anytime you call the courts you have the case number and
style.
Please make sure the correct case number and style is on all
correspondence.
Please do not assume we know your case personally.
