Checks for Service, Answers, and if orders have been signed Acts as Liaison for the Judge
checks for existence of any setting Sets trials and sends notices
Provides information as to the attorneys Of Record Must have16 hours of C.L.E. Per year
Keeps the Judge's Calendar
Calls attorneys with court rulings and Keeps under advisements List for the Judge
Responds to requests from other county offices such as the Treasurer, Auditor, Personnel, Supplies, Maintenance, Budget, Purchasing, Jury Services and the District Clerk
keeps the Guardian Ad Litem, Mediator, Receiver, Commissioner and other appointment lists
Prepares Order of Mediation
Sets Scheduling Conferences, Pretrials and Telephone Conferences
Anything the Judge Tells you
